It includes all the healthcare professionals and medical centres that have an agreement with AXA/Agrupació and which you are free to choose from

How can I find out which medical provider network I have?

To learn about your medical provider network, you’ll need to select the type of insurance option you’ve taken out. You can see this on your health card or in your policy.

If I use network services, do I have to pay anything when I go to the medical appointment?

No. You simply need to show your customer card which identifies you as an AXA/Agrupació insured. Remember you can also access your digital card via MyAXA. If you have a copayment plan, this copayment will be charged to your bill the following month.

Are all the professionals working at a hospital in the medical provider network?

Not necessarily. Only those listed in the AXA/Agrupació medical provider network, which you can see at axa.es and in the customer area.

Are affiliated doctors only affiliated at the practice listed in the network?

Yes; they are only affiliated at the centres listed in the medical provider network posted at axa.es and/or in the customer area
