This is a personalised support service for older people or those who require care providing a dedicated helpline accessible via a device connected 24/7. A reliable partner that ensures assistance in cases of emergency, insecurity, loneliness and isolation and enables them to call for help in an emergency simply by pressing a button in their own home.

The Telecare service is available for home insurance policies which include ‘Home Assistance’ cover

What does it cover?

Self-installation kit

Comprising the hands-free kit, a portable pendant or bracelet push-button and the activation manual.

Phone support

Immediate, 24/7

Calling in external resources

To deal with a personal crisis or emergency.

Monitoring high-risk situations

Via phone follow-up.

Support and follow-up

Cases of social need (loneliness, distress, crisis, bereavement, etc.).

Follow-up calls and reminders

Taking medication, medical appointments, diagnostic tests, etc.

Assistance

Psychosocial guidance and information on assistive technology.

Device maintenance

We cover any maintenance requirements for the device

Are there any charges?

The Telecare service is free of charge for the insured. The only payment you’ll need to make is the deposit asked for by the service provider, ASISPA, which will be refunded when the service ends and the device is returned undamaged to the provider. This initial deposit is €40.
