Es un servicio de apoyo personalizado a personas mayores o dependientes que pone a su disposición un servicio de atención telefónica permanente, accesible mediante un dispositivo conectado las 24 horas del día, todos los días del año. Un aliado que garantiza la asistencia ante situaciones de emergencia, inseguridad, soledad y aislamiento, y les permite solicitar ayuda en caso de urgencia tan solo pulsando un botón, desde su propio domicilio.

Are there any charges?

The Telecare service is free of charge for the insured. The only payment you’ll need to make is the deposit asked for by the service provider, ASISPA, which will be refunded when the service ends and the device is returned undamaged to the provider. This initial deposit is €40.
