Before you post your first comment, we thought it would be a good idea to share a few ground rules with you.
As our channels are hosted on servers outside AXA, we recommend you familiarise yourself with the specific terms of use of the social media platform in question; at AXA we will comply with them and expect you to do the same.

Replies

AXA will not reply individually to comments and messages received via its profile.
Likewise, if a user follows AXA, AXA will not automatically follow them back. For answers to questions or to make a complaint, please visit AXA’s corporate website at www.axa.es where the relevant information channels are available.

Comment moderation

Although AXA does not wish to stifle conversation on its profiles, users may not post or publish comments or links on AXA’s profile which are unlawful or may defame, discriminate against, offend or intrude on privacy or infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights. AXA reserves the right to moderate comments it considers to be inappropriate.

Terms of use

AXA takes a firm stance on the removal of content which may be discriminatory, incite hatred or be threatening, and also behaviour which may constitute an offence, insult or intimidation.
When posting comments on AXA’s profiles, users must ensure that they:  protect their own privacy and that of others (including their customers) by refraining from including personal information about themselves or others in their comments (such as names, email addresses, home addresses or private phone numbers);

• do not post any material on AXA’s profile which relates to the issues under discussion;


• express their own opinions and do not impersonate or falsely represent another person;


• do not insult, harass or threaten other people;


• do not make defamatory or slanderous comments;


• do not use language that is insulting, provocative or incites hatred;


• do not use obscene or offensive language;


• do not post material on the forum which infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
• do not post multiple versions of the same comment on the forum;


• do not incite, encourage or refer to conduct which may constitute a criminal or civil offence or contravenes national laws;


• do not promote commercial interests in posts made on AXA’s profile;
• do not post comments which promote personal professional interests;


• do not include web addresses, videos, images or email addresses in their posts.


• Do not post anything that:


• insults others on racial or religious grounds;


• incites, induces or contributes to violence, discrimination, harassment or unfair treatment of others or hatred towards others; or;


• is likely to be offensive, insulting or humiliating to others, particularly on the grounds of their race, colour, descent, nationality, religion, ethnic origin, sex, age, sexual orientation or disability.

Moderation policy

AXA expects users to be respectful to one another. AXA will remove any comments which contain vulgar or rude language, pornography, personal attacks of any kind or offensive terms targeting specific ethnic or racial groups or that incite violence.
AXA will remove comments that are spam, off-topic or promote services or products. Comments containing unfounded accusations will also be excluded from the discussion.
AXA does not undertake to tell users when their comments and posts are being moderated. However, AXA will issue warnings and take appropriate measures to suspend and ban users who regularly and systematically post inappropriate content. Repeat offenders may be barred from using AXA’s profile indefinitely.
Vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing language is not allowed. AXA’s profiles are not intended for the promotion or advertising of any business or commercial activity;
This moderation policy is subject to change at any time to ensure that its continued use remains consistent with its stated purpose.

Cybercrime

AXA will closely monitor and promptly remove any suspicious online activity which appears to constitute a threat or a criminal offence, such as phishing or hacking.
