Progressive disability

Always putting you first

In the event of disability from a covered accident, we will multiply your sum insured based on the degree of disability, up to a maximum of 225%

Helmet damage

Choose the best cover for you

We cover the replacement or repair of the insured driver’s helmet damaged in an accident.

  • The following covers are included: Compulsory third-party liability, optional third-party liability and legal defence.

     Legal defence:

    • Criminal defence and bail bonds
    • Defence against administrative traffic offences
    • Claims for damages
    • Legal advice over the phone

    Driver personal accident:

    • Death benefit, up to the sum insured
    • Disability benefit, up to the agreed sum
    • Healthcare costs

  • The basic covers provided, with the exception of travel assistance, are valid in:

    All countries within the European Economic Area; all states party to the Multilateral Guarantee Agreement (Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, France, Finland, the United Kingdom). Ireland, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland). Cover extends to countries that are signatories to the Inter-Bureaux Agreement; to this end, you must first apply for the "Green Card" international insurance certificate.

    Optional covers, Spain.

    The travel assistance cover is valid:

    • With regard to benefits for individuals, worldwide.
    • With regard to vehicle benefits, in Europe and Mediterranean countries

  • During the term of the insurance contract, you must inform us in writing of any changes to the information we requested when you took out the insurance, as well as of the existence of any other insurance policies that cover any of the benefits provided under this contract.

    In the event of an accident:

    • You must notify us without delay, within a maximum period of seven days, providing full details of the circumstances and consequences.
    • You must use all means at your disposal to minimise the consequences of the accident 

  • The contract will come into force and expire, unless renewed, on the date and at the time specified in the schedule, provided that the first invoice has been paid.
