Support measures for customers affected by the flooding on 29 October 2024

To support customers affected by the flooding, AXA has put in place exceptional measures to assist them in getting back on their feet following this storm.

These measures apply to customers in the 78 towns identified as impacted by the flooding in the Official State Gazette (BOE) No. 268 of 6 November 2024.

Special claims handling service

We’ve set up a dedicated helpline to deal with all damage caused by the storm, ensuring that claims are processed as quickly as possible with the insurer and the Insurance Compensation Consortium. The service is available to AXA, Direct Seguros and Agrupació/Atlantis customers.
