If the assistance vehicle takes longer than 60 minutes to arrive, we will compensate you with €60.

Vehicle age

Your car or van must be over 25 years old

Historic registration

It must have a historic registration plate

If you do not have a historic registration plate

If you do not have a historic registration plate, your vehicle must be over 30 years old

    Basic roadside assistance


    Legal defence for the policyholder, driver and/or vehicle owner.
    − Criminal defence and bail bonds.
    − Claims for damages.


    Driver personal accident.
    − Death benefit, according to the sum insured
    − Disability benefit, based on the sum insured
    − Healthcare costs.

  • The basic covers provided, with the exception of travel assistance, are valid in: All countries within the European Economic Area; all states party to the Multilateral Guarantee Agreement (Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, France, Finland, the United Kingdom). Ireland, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland). Cover extends to countries that are signatories to the Inter-Bureaux Agreement; to this end, you must first apply for the "Green Card" international insurance certificate.

    With regard to benefits for individuals, worldwide

    In regard to vehicle benefits, in Europe and Mediterranean countries

  • During the term of the insurance contract, you must inform us in writing of any changes to the information we requested when you took out the insurance, as well as of the existence of any other insurance policies that cover any of the benefits provided under this contract.
    In the event of an accident:


    You must notify us without delay, within a maximum of seven days, providing full details of the circumstances and consequences.


    You must use all means at your disposal to minimise the consequences of the accident.

  • The contract will come into force and expire, unless renewed, on the date and at the time specified in the schedule, provided that the first invoice has been paid.
