We’re here to support you in difficult times through this service: if the authorities immobilise your vehicle at a roadside sobriety checkpoint, we’ll send a taxi to take you wherever you choose. If the vehicle is not immobilised, we will send a  taxi to collect the person you have designated to drive the vehicle.

AXA’s legal experts will defend you if necessary, whether through administrative, administrative litigation, or judicial channels in the event of a complaint leading to the temporary suspension of your driving licence. 

We will resolve all your questions or queries regarding the laws or regulations governing the withdrawal of driving licences, the points-based system and courses to regain lost points.

We cover the registration fees for road safety awareness and driver education courses for partial recovery of points or your driving licence.

If you become unemployed, we will reimburse you for the premiums due under this policy during the first six months.

If you lose all the points on your driving licence as a result of an administrative decision, we will compensate you with the agreed monthly amount.
