Educa 2020

With an aim to understanding the attitudes of young people in Spain regarding entrepreneurship and innovation, in 2014 the AXA Foundation launched its "Educa 2020" project, in collaboration with journalist Fernando Jáuregui.

Since then, a number of studies have been conducted on entrepreneurial trends among young people, from secondary school to university and vocational training, as well as their career and professional aspirations and the opportunities they pursue, both in Spain and abroad. It is essential that we understand the extent to which Spanish students, regardless of their field of study, are able to adapt to new forms of work and entrepreneurship, their willingness to embrace proactive attitudes, and the value they place on developing their personal brand.

We conduct these surveys by autonomous community, with the support of local consultants in each region, providing new data that offers a realistic picture of the issue at hand. They focus primarily on the innovative tendencies of young people and the change in mindset that we believe is necessary to respond to emerging social and employment challenges.

The findings of these studies were presented to the media across Spain in the country's most important and representative cities.
