Announcement of an offer to acquire fractional shares in AXA Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros
AXA Seguros announces the opening of the offer period for the acquisition of fractional shares of AXA Seguros issued to facilitate the share exchange arising from the merger. The offer will remain open from the date of publication of this announcement until 30 October 2026.
In accordance with the provisions of the draft merger by absorption of Agrupació AMCI d’Assegurances i Reassegurances, S.A. by AXA Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, once the aforementioned corporate transaction has been registered, the Exchange Notice for the shares of Agrupació AMCI d’Assegurances i Reassegurances, S.A. for shares of AXA Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros is hereby published in connection with the merger.
