  •  For all covers, cover is limited to events occurring within Spanish territory that fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish administrative authorities or courts and tribunals and are subject to Spanish law

  • During the term of the insurance contract, you must inform us in writing of any changes to the information we requested when you took out the insurance, as well as of the existence of any other insurance policies that cover any of the benefits provided under this contract.
    In the event of an accident:
    You must notify us without delay, within a maximum period of seven days, providing full details of the circumstances and consequences.
    You must use all means at your disposal to minimise the consequences of the accident 

  • The contract will come into force and expire, unless renewed, on the date and at the time specified in the schedule, provided that the first invoice has been paid.
