How to manage your veterinary expense reimbursements

Via MyAXA; here are the steps:

1. Visit your vet

After the visit, pay the invoice provided by your clinic. Your vet must also fill out the reimbursement form, which requires signatures from both of you.

2. Log in to MyAXA

Select My Services / “Make a claim”.

3. Enter the service details

After providing the details, attach the invoice and claim form
