FAQs

  • If you’re in one of the countries where AXA has a medical provider network, you’ll be referred to that medical centre and AXA will coordinate all costs with the medical centre whether for treatment, hospitalisation, repatriation, etc. Otherwise, you’ll be asked to go to the nearest medical centre and call us from there so we can coordinate with this medical centre.

  • If the medical centre isn’t in AXA’s network or you're unable to contact AXA at that time due to the urgency of the condition, we’ll ask you to pay the bill and AXA will reimburse you afterwards.

  • When you take out a policy on www.axa.es, the medical expenses limit is €3,000 in Spain and €10,000 abroad , although these limits can be increased through a branch office.
